Lynn Gundry ~ Stained Glass

Lynn first learned stained glass in Seattle during the late 70’s and worked many years for a professional studio in Snohomish, WA. As part of the "back to Mother Earth” movement, she and her family moved to West Virginia in 1984. Their mountain top farm, with poor access and no electricity, limited any ideas of doing stained glass as a living - they simply were too busy surviving their newly chosen life style.

Things have changed dramatically over the last 24 years.  Children are raised, road access is greatly improved (well, depending on the time of year), and those beautiful electric poles now grace the land.

In 1994, Labyrinth Art Glass was born. Lynn has achieved success by producing custom orders, maintaining a juried show schedule and servicing wholesale accounts throughout the Eastern United States. Teaching has also been a passionate part of her business.  She loves to share her enthusiasm of the art form and loves to watch the evolution of artistic expression in her students.  Lynn teaches at the Mountain Made Studios in Thomas, West Virginia and is the head master instructor of the stain glass studio at Whispering Springs Haven.

Her work is for sale through Tamarack in Beckley, West Virginia, the Mountain Made Gallery at Thomas, West Virginia  and at the Stonewall Resort at Roanoke, West Virginia

"I love to watch the evolution of artistic expression in my students"
